Aumadi started in 2018, not long after PJ finished a PhD in Machine Learning and six years of ML work in the US, well before AI went mainstream. He came back to India with a thesis worth testing, which was that small senior product teams ship better work than large ones and that the right tools are what make that possible. The company was built around that idea and still runs on it today.

The early years were design and development work for founders and growing businesses, and as the client list got longer the team grew along with it. We picked up FlutterFlow soon after that and have been building with it ever since, which is how we became a FlutterFlow Certified Agency. We now hold certifications with RevenueCat, Framer, Webflow, and Vercel as well.

Shiv joined as Chief Growth Officer and is based in Brisbane, bringing a background that runs through product management, business development, and technology all at the same time. He owns the AU and NZ client work, opened our second base on the Gold Coast, and shaped how we take our AI work to market as Aumadi expanded beyond app builds.

Then AI changed what software could actually do, and we started using it inside the company well before we sold it to anyone. Lead intake agents, proposal generators, case study writers, and content workflows replaced or compressed nearly every internal process that used to eat our time. Once those patterns had proven themselves on our own work, we started offering them to clients alongside App Development.

Today Aumadi builds both of those things: AI workflows that automate operations, and apps that ship in weeks rather than quarters. The same senior team handles both service lines at the same delivery cadence, and AI is designed into each of them from the start.
